Apple may have just released its latest entry-level laptop last month, but Best Buy is already taking $100 off the entire M3-powered 13-inch MacBook Air lineup. Right now, you can buy the base model with 256GB of storage for $999 or the 512GB configuration starting at $1,199.

The latest MacBook Air 13 retains the same design and many of the things we loved about the prior model while benefiting from a few added tweaks. It continues to offer MagSafe charging and two Thunderbolt 4 ports, for example, along with all-day battery life. This time, however, it’s equipped with a faster 6GHz band and Apple’s new M3 chip, which slightly boosts performance. Multitasking is easier now as well, as the Air can power up to two external displays — as opposed to just one — when the laptop lid is closed.

• Amazon’s Smart Thermostat is on sale at Amazon and Best Buy for around $63.99 ($16 off), which is one of the better prices we’ve seen this year. The attractive smart thermostat adapts to your habits and preferences over time in a similar fashion to more expensive models, which can help lower your heating and cooling bills. • The Fitbit Versa 4 has returned to its all-time low of $149.95 ($50 off) at Amazon and Best Buy. The fitness tracker can monitor all the basics and features an OLED display, physical buttons, and built-in GPS. It’s a shame Fitbit removed music playback and many of the smart features found on the Sense 2 and prior Fitbit models, but the Versa 4 does offer some apps — including Google Wallet and Google Maps — while continuing to support Alexa.
