Why the Active Cash card is worth it: The Active Cash® Card earns 2% cash rewards on purchases — one of the best flat cash rewards rates of any no-annual-fee card.

The Active Cash® Card offers 2% cash rewards on purchases. The welcome bonus offer is decent for a no-annual-fee card, and there are no rotating categories, no quarterly activations, no category limitations, and no earning caps.

The Active Cash® Card is part of the Wells Fargo Rewards program so you can redeem rewards as statement credits (to a Wells Fargo Mortgage, loan, or credit product), on purchases charged to your credit (starting at $1), and as cash or gift cards. You can also redeem rewards toward travel bookings.

The Active Cash® Card has a 0% intro APR on purchases and qualifying balance transfers for 15 months from account opening (then a 19.24%, 24.24%, or 29.24% Variable APR). Although the Wells Fargo Reflect® Card has a longer intro APR offer, this is still a solid deal.

Another great feature is cell phone protection coverage if your phone is damaged or stolen. It’s worth up $600 per claim, with a $25 deductible (maximum of two claims every year). Other benefits include Visa Signature concierge (24/7 concierge service), travel emergency cash disbursement and card replacement, roadside dispatch, and access to the Visa Signature Luxury hotel collection

Why the Bilt Mastercard is worth it: The Bilt Mastercard® lets you earn points when you pay rent with no additional fees, no annual fee, and you can transfer points to excellent airline and hotel partners.

If you’re looking to earn rewards on rent payments, the Bilt Mastercard® is the best (and only) card that allows you to earn points when you pay your rent, with no additional fees. Bilt can send a check, or make a direct bank transfer to your landlord to avoid the transaction fee.

You earn 1 point per dollar spent on rental payments up to $50,000 a year for no annual fee. You can also earn 2x points on travel bookings, 3x points on dining, and 1x points on all other purchases. However, you have to make at least five transactions per statement to receive any earned points.

The Bilt Mastercard® lets you earn 2,500 Bilt points per friend you refer, and 10,000 bonus points after you successfully refer five members. You can earn up to 2,025,000 points from referrals, and you don’t even need to be a Bilt Mastercard® cardholder. Just use the Bilt app to “Invite” people.

Other than the $0 annual fee, the most notable benefit of the Bilt Mastercard® is that cardholders can transfer points to a great selection of airlines and hotels partnered with Bilt Rewards. Most recently, Bilt added British Airways, Iberia, and Aer Lingus to its program, bringing the total number of partners to 14.

Your other options for redeeming rewards are using points toward a down payment or mortgage, on fitness classes (like Soul Cycle, Rumble, and Y7), or on merchandise (through the Bilt app).

Why the Reflect card is worth it: The Wells Fargo Reflect® Card has an exceptionally long introductory APR offer which makes it a great choice for those trying to pay down debt or other large purchases.

It’s true that the Wells Fargo Reflect® Card doesn’t earn cardholders rewards or any sort of welcome bonus offer, but it’s a great option for folks paying down debt. It offers a 0% intro APR for 18 months from account opening on purchases and qualifying balance transfers (three months intro APR extension with on-time minimum payments during the intro period) (then a 17.24% – 29.24% variable).

The Wells Fargo Reflect® Card intro APR rate is rare and one of the best out there. Although there are other cards that offer good intro APR as well as earning rewards on spending, the Wells Fargo Reflect® Card’s intro APR offer is significantly longer than most. In order to qualify for the intro APR on balance transfers, you have to make the transfer within the first 120 days of account opening.

The card comes only with a few perks, the most notable being cell phone protection. You can get up to $600 of cell protection against damage or theft (with the $25 deductible), but you have to pay your monthly phone bill with this card or an eligible Wells Fargo card in order to receive this benefit. When you use your Wells Fargo Reflect® Card you also get roadside dispatch and zero liability protection.

If you’re considering applying for the Wells Fargo Reflect® Card, be mindful of when the intro APR bonus runs out. The regular APR is a 17.24% – 29.24% variable. Because the intro APR bonus is the most rewarding aspect of the card, it’s not a good choice for spending in the long term. But remember that the card has a $0 annual fee so it won’t cost you anything to keep it.

Why the Hotels.com Rewards Visa card is worth it: The Hotels.com®️ Rewards Visa®️ gets you access to thousands of properties at a discounted price. Plus, you’ll receive a decent intro APR and get the chance to earn a significant welcome bonus offer for no annual fee.

Welcome bonus offer: For a limited time, when you open the Hotels.com®️ Rewards Visa®️ you can earn 2 reward nights (each worth up to $125) after spending $1,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening and a third reward night after spending $4,000 on total purchases in the first 6 months.

The no-annual-fee Hotels.com®️ Rewards Visa®️ is a good card for folks looking to find discounted hotels, apartments, and home rentals all while earning stamps towards reward nights (10 stamps = 1 reward night), and you can earn a pretty good welcome bonus. The Hotels.com loyalty programs earn 1 stamp for every $500 spent even if you don’t have the Hotels.com®️ Rewards Visa®️.

One of the best features of this card is that you automatically receive Hotels.com Silver status upon card approval, earning you additional benefits such as free airport transfers, free breakfast, free internet access, and access to even more perks at select VIP properties. Keep in mind, however, that the Hotels.com Silver status program is not available at all hotel locations.

The other benefits you’ll receive with the Hotels.com®️ Rewards Visa®️ are cell phone protection (up to $600 of protection and subject to a $25 deductible), no foreign transaction fees, zero liability protection, and trip cancellation and interruption insurance (if your card was used to purchase non-refundable passenger fare that is interrupted or canceled).

The card earns you unlimited rewards in a wide variety of bonus categories, as well as the opportunity to earn a significant welcome bonus offer. With the Wells Fargo Autograph℠ Card you’ll earn 3x points on dining, travel, gas, transit, select streaming services, and on phone plans (all other purchases earn 1x points).
