Lupita Nyong’o dazzled at the 2024 Oscars in an icy blue Armani Privè gown that was inspired by the dress she wore at the awards a decade earlier.

E! News correspondent Zanna Roberts Rassi reported that Nyong’o’s outfit was a nod to the pale blue Prada gown she wore when she won her first Oscar in 2014 for her role in “12 Years a Slave.”

Nyong’o’s stylist, Micaela Erlanger, also posted a throwback photo of the actor in the Prada gown on Sunday.

“10 years ago. This woman, this dress, and this moment completely changed the course of my career,” Erlanger wrote in her caption. “I knew from the start that our dress was very special in its simplicity, in its elegance, with the soft blue color and delicate beading. But I couldn’t even dream of that it would have the impact it did. What a privilege and honor it was then and continues to be now!”

Nyong’o is not the only celebrity to wear an outfit that was inspired by a previous look to the 2024 Oscars.

“CODA” actor Marlee Matlin showed up at the awards in a glittery purple dress that paid tribute to the lacy lavender number she wore to the Oscars in 1987.
