While Argentina and Uruguay are tied for the most Copa America wins (at 15 each), Brazil is a close second in the race. The team has won the tournament nine times, with the last win coming in a final match against Peru in 2019. Costa Rica is newer to Copa America, entering through Concacaf, and has only participated in the tournament five times before. In 2001 and 2004, Costa Rica advanced to the quarterfinals, but they have yet to make it beyond that benchmark in the competition.

Brazil vs. Costa Rica will air on Fox Sports 1 (FS1) on Monday at 9 p.m. ET in the US. Those without cable can still watch the game using a live TV streaming service like Sling TV or Fubo.
