And Just Like That… Sara Ramirez wants to be legally single.
The 48-year-old has filed for divorce from estranged husband Ryan DeBolt, three years after announcing their separation. The And Just Like That alum—who tied the knot with DeBolt in 2012—officially submitted papers to end their marriage June 11.
In court documents obtained by E! News, the Grey’s Anatomy alum requested that the former couple’s assets be divided per their prenuptial agreement and also asked the court to terminate its ability to award spousal support to both them and Ryan.
E! News has reached out to the duo’s reps for comment and has not heard back.
Sara—who signed the docs with their married name of Sara DeBolt—noted that the two separated on New Year’s Day in 2018, three years before publicly confirming their split.
Their breakup announcement also came less than a year after Sara shared on their since-deleted Instagram account that they are non-binary.
