Let’s cut past the intro and into the prices. Today, I’m all about a sub-five-follar Broforce, and that stupidly reduced Starfield Constellation Edition. Last but not least, with that Fallout TV series being days away, I can see more than a few of you wanting to replay some / all of the series (because that’s the urge I got after watching some of Netfilx’s The Witcher show). Should that occur, the savings in the below bundle ought to set your world on fire.
In retro news, I’m celebrating S.W.A.T. 4‘s 19th birthday. My lasting memories of this Irrational Games shooter are of no checkpoints, having to abide by strict “baddies have to draw first” rules, and the randomisation of hostages and enemies (skill, numbers, arsenal, and morale). The spiritual successor to this, Ready or Not, is well worth targeting.
It was the best swat game I’d played since Mario Paint’s ‘Gnat Attack’.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder
Wonder looks and plays like the true next step for 2D Mario platformers. Wonder effects change each stage in both surprising and delightful ways, the Flower Kingdom makes for a vibrant and refreshing change of pace, and Elephant Mario steals the show.
Seven years on and still one of the funniest games ever made. Also, still the best South Park title we’ve ever gotten (see: the 60% Metacritic average for South Park Snow Day).
Not a bad price for a Full Game Download, Steelbook Display Case, Starfield Chronomark Watch, Watch Case, Constellation Patch, the First Story Expansion, a Constellation Skin Pack, and a Digital Soundtrack + Art Book.
Rise of the Ronin marries a cool setting, Team Ninja’s mastery of tough-but-fair combat, and smart RPG design, even when map clutter and junk loot can get in its way. Way better in 2P co-op.
